Also to Vangie at the parts counter who let me audition a couple cords—one of which worked so I purchased. James is the best service advisor! He is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He explains the services, current and foreseeable issues clearly, all while offering solutions that are easy to understand. He is a remarkable asset to Honda of El Cajon.

I waited to have my oil change service. Mustafa the service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable & kept me up to date with suggested additional services. The waiting room has a bar for several customers to place laptops, iPads or devices to work. The lounge has comfy seating with T.V., coffee, water and snacks.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased over the years with El Cajon Honda. Miguel and the others have been straight forward and a pleasure to work with.

Bought my Pilot from them nearly two years ago, and have been back for two scheduled oil changes and scheduled maintenance. Both visits have been excellent with great customer service.
