1. In answering the following questions do not include information relating to juvenile offenses, such as convictions, arrests, detentions and/or court dispositions as a juvenile, minor traffic infractions or any convictions for which the record has been sealed, expunged or eradicated, any misdemeanor conviction for which probation has been successfully completed or otherwise discharged and the case has been judicially dismissed, any information regarding referrals to and participation in any pretrial or post-trial diversion programs, and marijuana-related offenses that occurred over two years ago. A conviction record will not necessarily be a bar to employment. Factors such as age at time of the offense, seriousness and nature of the violation, and rehabilitation will be taken into account.
