Steven explained that the issue could be either the condenser or the heat exchanger and mentioned that diagnosing the heat exchanger would typically cost around $100. Since I was hesitant to pay for both diagnostics, I initially asked to have only the condenser checked. To my surprise, Steven went above and beyond and had the technician inspect both components at no additional charge, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, both the condenser and the heat exchanger needed to be replaced, with an initial estimate close to $3,000. Once again, Steven stepped in and worked with his manager and the technicians to reduce the total cost to roughly $2,200. Steven understood that this was a significant expense and did everything he could to make it more manageable for me. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, thorough, and happy to answer all of my questions.
